I am the owner of FireWorks Consulting and personally perform all of the services listed.  I do not subcontract, but will consult with my contacts who are specialists in various fields.  I am a Certified Emergency Management Specialist, and served 33 years in the emergency services.  Recently, I was employed as a temporary specialist for Argonne National Laboratory, and served for 8 years as a member of the Department of Energy's Transportation External Coordinating/Working Group doing planning for the anticipated movement of nuclear waste to Yucca Mountain.  I have served as a Hazardous Materials Incident Commander, and on numerous fire and EMS committees.
