The East Providence, RI, Fire Department has been working with us to
design a board to meet their specifications.
Differences in nomenclature was just one of the changes we made.
They also requested color coded tags, and a double board. The final
product, shown in the picture, is a double, hinged board. The
stainless steel piano hinge allows the board to be opened and the stay keeps
it in an upright position. At the top of the board are two carabineers
for hanging from a drip rail or the edge of a door.
The bottom board has a Command Checklist laminated to it and is perfect
for making scene drawings, diagrams, or just for keeping notes. This is
just one example of special designed, custom boards we have made for fire,
